What are the steps to become a Peterson Wealth Advisory Client?

Schedule an introductory meeting

On this phone call Chris will answer your questions, get a general idea for the type of financial planning you may need and see if there is a personality fit. This call will last about 15 minutes.

Meet Face-to-face

If after the phone call you want to discuss working together in more detail we will meet face-to-face. We will get more specific about your financial situation, lay the groundwork for the services Chris will provide, how we can simplify your finances, and estimate the cost for those services.

Initial Plan & Goal Setting

Congratulations! At this stage you have decided to sign up for ongoing financial planning with Peterson Wealth Advisory. We’ll meet one or two times as we get started to clearly define your goals, craft your initial financial plan, and outline a service calendar for future check-ins.

Detailed Retirement Projections & Scenario Analysis

Unlike other advisors, we don’t print out a 50 page document of complex charts and graphs and call it a plan. Your retirement, life goal, and financial independence projections live dynamically within your financial planning portal, and are linked to your financial accounts for real-time updates. Net worth is tracked and is our main focus, not investment performance.

Recurring Check-In Meetings

We provide quarterly check-ups on specific financial planning subjects on an annual rotation. These areas include: goal setting, investments/rebalancing, tax planning, and risk/estate planning. Chris will review your progress toward your goals annually, track net worth, and make adjustments as life transitions occur.
